Heat Check: First Half Evaluations

The Seattle Mariners are officially halfway through the clown show that is the 2020 MLB season. In terms of wins and losses, they’re pretty much right where most of us expected. They’re bad. It’s fine. Sometimes it’s good to be bad. This season was always going to be about individual development, and laying the groundwork for the competitive window the team intends to open up in the next couple of seasons. So with that said, it’s as good a time as any to evaluate the players so far.

This is your 2020 Seattle Mariners heat check, in gif-only form. If a player isn’t included, it’s because they don’t matter. I’m sorry. That was rude. If a player isn’t included, it’s because my time is precious and I can’t be bothered to list every one of these jamokes.
